It’s an 8 minute walk to the beautiful North Bondi Beach and coastal walks and still only steps away from excellent coffee, a wide array of exceptional restaurants (serving eat-in & take-away), bakeries, independent grocers, Woolworths and a pharmacy. With unrestricted street parking and a bus stop steps away, leaving the ‘hood and getting around is a breeze.

The sunny, two bedroom, first-floor apartment has a king-size bed in one room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes and drawer units in both bedrooms. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With an exclusive-use, rear terrace featuring North Bondi district views, you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces in which to retreat in comfort.

Working from home? The sunroom off the main bedroom has a large desk, super-comfy chair and views of Mitchell Street, as well as ample shelf and cupboard space. There’s also a single sofa bed.

The Mitchell Bondi Surf has been fitted-out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside on the terrace. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso machine, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Bose speaker and two smart TV’s; a 65 inch in the living room and 55 inch in the dining room, both of which include Netflix & Apple TV. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as AC.

A porta-cot, high-chair and kids plates/cutlery are available on request.

Kindly note – The Mitchell Bondi is a quiet, residential building in a very quiet neighbourhood. This is not the place for you if you’re planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. There is a security camera located outside the apartment front door and a decibel monitor.
