The Mitchell Bondi is a grand, recently renovated, art-deco period apartment building in the hip, local’s neighbourhood of North Bondi. It’s an 8 minute walk to the beautiful North Bondi Beach and coastal walks and still only steps away from excellent coffee, a wide array of exceptional restaurants (serving eat-in & take-away), bakeries, independent grocers, Woolworths and a pharmacy. With unrestricted street parking and a bus stop steps away, leaving the ‘hood and getting around is a breeze.

The 2 bedroom, garden apartment has a king size bed in 1 room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes in both bedrooms. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With an exclusive-use, sunny front patio, rear terrace and garden you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces to lounge in comfort.

The Mitchell Sand Apartment has been fitted out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Bose speaker and the 55 inch smart TV includes Netflix and Apple TV.

A porta-cot, high-chair and kids plates/cutlery are available on request.

Kindly note – The Mitchell Bondi is a quiet, residential building in a very quiet neighbourhood. This is not the place for you if you’re planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. There is a security camera located outside the apartment front door and a decibel monitor.
