It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With an exclusive-use, rear terrace featuring North Bondi district views, you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces in which to retreat in comfort.

Working from home? The sunroom off the main bedroom has a large desk, super-comfy chair and views of Mitchell Street, as well as ample shelf and cupboard space. There’s also a single sofa bed.

The Mitchell Bondi Sun Terrace 2 has been fitted-out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes-line outside on the terrace. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso machine, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ and dine on the terrace under the shade umbrella. There is a Bose speaker and two smart TV’s; a 65 inch in the living room and 55 inch in the dining room, both of which include Netflix & Apple TV. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as AC.

A porta-cot, high-chair and kids plates/cutlery are available on request.

Travelling in a larger group? The Mitchell Bondi Garden 3, The Mitchell Bondi Garden 4 and The Mitchell Bondi Sun Terrace 2 can be rented together, providing accommodation for up to 15 people. Private access between the apartments is available via their courtyards and rear stairs.
