FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Digital Experience

Before your arrival we will forward your online check-in form to complete. During this process, you will need to upload your driver’s licence or passport which must match the reservation name. At this time we a $200 credit card pre-authorisation (a hold amount). When the check-in form is successfully completed, you will be sent you a summary of your submission. If you have not received this notification, please re-attempt to complete the check in form or contact us to assist you, as this must be completed for check-in to occur.

Connect with the Host

On the day of arrival, we will send your check-in details, this will include parking instructions, accessing the apartment, wi-fi details and more.
Prior to your departure, we will send you through our check out instructions.

From the moment you book with us you will be connected to your Host, whom you can communicate with via WhatsApp, text, email or phone, whenever you need. Your Host is locally on the ground working at curating the perfect stay for you. Our Host and Team are regularly at the property but do not have fixed on-site hours.

Pets

“The Mitchell Bondi” loves creatures big and small pets. Pets are allowed upon request for this property. Only the ground-floor apartments unit 3 & 4 are allowed for dogs

Parking

Only unit 1 has a allocated car space, the instructions will be given with the check-in process.

Booking Changes via Direct Booking

When you book a non-refundable rate, this means that no amendments or cancellations are possible.When you book a flexible rate, changes can be made to the booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. No amendments or cancellations are allowed within 14 days of your check-in date.

Depending on the rate type selected, you can make changes directly through The Mitchell website. You can also contact us directly via the chat box or via email at admin@themitchellbondi.com.au.

Third Party Booking Changes

For all third-party bookings (these are all bookings not made directly through The Mitchell) must be made through the booked channel. Please check your confirmation email for details and the terms of your booking, and contact the channel directly.

Cleaning

Based on our short term accommodation model, cleaning is only done upon departure, hence the cleaning fee during a stay would be same at $350.00 and includes a complete clean with all linen changed etc. 

Smoking
The Mitchell is 100% smoke-free including in apartments, on balconies and all common property areas. We ask those who smoke to be a minimum of three meters from the outside of the building at all times. Failure to comply may result in a financial penalty. This policy also applies to vaping and e-cigarettes.
